Hello and welcome to the Indooroopilly Rover Scout Unit Webpage.

For those who are unfamiliar with Rovering in general we ask that you take a minute to visit the Rovering page, in addition we hope that you can find a number of the links helpful, especially the National and Queensland Rovers webpages. There you will find a great deal more information than we could hope to bring you. If you live in the western suburbs of Brisbane (Tyakunda District), we are one of two Rover Crews currently operating in this area. If you would like to find out more, click on the Contact us button on the menu to the left.

For those of you who are members of other Rover Crews we hope that you find our website interesting, and that we can give you an idea about what we and the rest of Queensland and Australian Rovers get up to and give you all some great ideas. Indooroopilly has in the past been a very active Crew in the running and organising of Queensland Rovers and their activities and so have many a story to tell. We hope that you will appreciate the Program and Gallery Sections of this site.

And finally for anyone who cares to be interested (including our own Indooroopilly Rovers), there is a section on the History of Rovering. This includes a short section on Indooroopilly Rover Crew, but since I am still researching this it is fairly brief. If you are an Ex-Rover of Indooroopilly or know anything about the Crew and its Ex-Rovers, please drop us a line, we are keen to hear from you.
